If you want to experience different type of diving while doing fun dive, this program is suitable for you!
Through this program, you will be expected to build your fundamental skills, experience and confidence in many diving lessons. There will be some dive skills that you will acquire: (1) Deep Diving, where you can handle the challenges of deeper dives, usually up to 30 meters (100 feet). (2) Underwater Navigation, when you can mprove your ability to navigate underwater using a compass and natural references. (3) Specialty Skills: Depending on your chosen dives, you’ll gain skills in specific areas, like night diving techniques.
With Advanced Open Water (upselling), you will experience not only a more skillful dive but also enjoy one fun dive to explore the natural underwater world of Komodo National Park. Let’s book your spot and make treasurable journey beneath the surface.”
Itinerary
Day 1
- On the first day, you will learn the basic fundamental theory and have a pool session.
- At 6 am, You will be picked up by hotel or you can meet us at Dive Tribe, diving center in Labuan Bajo.
- Start your training
Watch the PADI Open Water Diver videos, complete knowledge reviews, take quizzes, and pass a final exam. - You will do 2 dive sessions after getting the essential scuba skills that will prepare you adequately for your open-water dives.
- At approximately, 5 pm you will finish your pool session and rest
Day 2
- At 6 am, You will be picked up by hotel or you can meet us at Dive Tribe, diving center in Labuan Bajo
Then, we go to the harbour and will arrive by 7 am - You will do 5 open-water dives to hone the scuba abilities you acquired in your pool training session. Following the skill practice, you will plunge into Komodo’s underwater world with your pro-master instructor. By the end of this program, you will be received PADI certification for finishing the lessons and tests.
- At 5 pm, you will go back to the hotel

Cancellation & policies
– Cancellations received before 13:00 on the day prior to the activity booked will not incur a cancellation fee.
– Cancellations received after 13:00 on the day prior to the activity booked, will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of full booked activity cost.
– Cancellations received the same day of the departure for the activity booked, or failure to show (No Show) will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of full activity booked cost.
– Please note that the Dive Centre closes at 18:00 and cancellations incurred after this time will be considered as received on the next day.
Note: Reservations cancelled due to bad weather will not incur a cancellation fee, and customers can choose to either reschedule or receive a full refund for the activity.

Advanced Open Water Diver is the next level of certification after basic autonomous scuba diving. A significant distinction between Autonomous Diver comparable Open Water Diver (OWD) certification and AOWD is that the depth limit is raised from 18 to 30 meters (60 to 100 feet).
The PADI Advanced Open Water course consists of five dives, which are usually done in two to three days. Two dives (deep and navigational) are required. The remaining three dives are up to you and your instructor to decide. These can be completed in a row or spread out at various times and locations.

An Advanced Open Water Diver certification allows you to dive up to 30 meters (100 ft). If you want to dive to the recreational limit of 40 meters/130 feet, you must take the PADI Deep Diver course and complete three additional dives.
You can call yourself a Master Scuba Diver after earning your Advanced and Rescue Diver certifications, completing at least five specialized courses, and logging a minimum of 50 dives. It’s like having a black belt in scuba diving.
The Level 2 advanced diver training lasts two days and allows you to dive up to 30 metres deep; you can specialise in the areas that interest you (5 dives with 5 different specializations). The certification is valid immediately after completing and passing the course.
The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course lasts 2-3 days and includes 5 dives and theoretical sessions with your instructor. There is no exam, so you can just dive and have fun.
Simply said, it will make you a more experienced and competent diver, as well as safer. It will also expose you to various sorts of diving, which will be a lot of fun and adventure. You’ll also be certified to dive to 30m, compared to 18m for open water divers.

- Forms & Waivers: Before diving everybody needs to fill in and sign some forms. You can fill your paperwork here before time and be sure you are ready for your underwater adventure.
- Dive Equipment: Your diving gears, including dive computer and underwater camera (if you rent), have been reserved.
- Dive Time: You’re all set for your scheduled dive. Be sure to get a bit early to be picked up at your hotel.
